How to Print More Than One Item from a Workbook without Printing the Entire Workbook

To print only the currently displayed (active) item in the workbook, simply:

 Click the Print button on the toolbar (classic menus), or

 Click the Print button on the Home tab in the File group (ribbon bar).

To print the entire workbook, first display the Print Workbook dialog:

Classic menus: From the File menu select Print;

Ribbon bar: On the Home tab in the File group, click the arrow under the Print icon and select Print from the menu.

Select the All option button, and click the OK button. All documents in the workbook will be printed.

To print multiple selections without printing the entire workbook, first select the items you want to print by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and clicking on each document.

Then, display the Print Workbook dialog.

Select the Selection option button, and click the OK button. Only the selected documents will be printed.
